About your Coach
Hi, I’m Stephanie, a licensed massage therapist & Certified Thermography Technician.
I’ve been practicing massage therapy since 2003 and throughout my career I have always been interested in helping my clients find the root to their chronic pain, inflammation, mood shifts, fatigue and other ailments.

In 2019 I became a Certified Thermographic Technician. I love that it helps give you a picture through temperature differences in tissue that can lead to early detection of dis-ease.
I have a deep passion for helping people find balance within themselves & take ownership of their health. After becoming particularly passionate about breast health through my time as a massage therapist, I decided to shift my wellness path to offer a space for my clients to get a clear picture of what is going on beneath the surface– early enough to take action, if needed.
I work with you to discover the source of pain, inflammation, mood shifts, fatigue, and other ailments you may experience in your body in a safe and non-invasive way. Using infrared cameras, we capture temperature variations and blood flow patterns in the body– resulting in a comprehensive picture of what is going on beneath the surface.
Thermography is radiation free, it’s extremely accurate, & it can be a key player in early detection of dis-ease.
At the end of the day we all want to lead happy and healthy lives. We want to feel good in our bodies and our bodies to feel good.
I believe we all want to have a clear picture of our health and want to take better care of our bodies, I work with my clients to achieve that goal.
I’ve always been a little bit like a body private detective asking questions and searching for answers and I’ve found my true passion leans towards Breast & Lymphatic Health, I discovered thermography and lymphatic specific massage and it’s power to detect dis-ease in the body early enough to take action, if needed.
I continue to increase my knowledge and learn more techniques to help people, which allows me to serve my community in an impactful way. In my spare time I enjoy playing with my fur babies Nala and Bleau, spending time with my sons and grandkids and of course my loving hubby.
My motto has and always will be, ‘believe in yourself.’ So simple, but so true. Know and believe how beautiful and how powerful you truly are.

This thermal imaging series includes the head and neck, thyroid region, breast (chest for male) abdomen and upper and lower back and all extremities.
Optional testicular screening for males.

This can be done in a private online Zoom Class. We can go over your Thermography Results and/or discuss how to release the Lymphatic System in your Breasts & Axillary Areas of your Body.
